More than just work. Work towards a clean energy and mobility world.
Transform a world of batteries into a world of battery intelligence. Together. For our futures.

Come for the mission, stay for the people.
At ACCURE, we believe the best work happens when smart, passionate people are free to be their whole selves, whether that’s diving into data models, brainstorming a new product feature, or celebrating a mini-golf victory.
We’re a remote-first team spread across the globe, logging in from bustling cities, quiet villages, and sometimes a camper van in the middle of nowhere. Our team is made up of engineers, data wizards, battery experts, creative thinkers (and also artists, cyclists, bakers, dancers, MMA fighters, and the occasional musician).
We’re growing fast, and that means there's room for you to grow too. We’ve built a culture where curiosity is celebrated, so bring your quirks, your passions, your dog who likes to make cameo appearances on Zoom. At ACCURE, we're not just building software that matters, we’re building a place where you matter.

Our technology may be complex, but when it comes to working together, we keep things simple and straightforward—whether it's with our customers or with our team.
This mindset is at the core of everything we do.

What you get when you're part of ACCURE

Your application
A resumé, CV, or detailed LinkedIn profile is great. If you like adding a personal touch, tell us why you’d like to join our team or give us a fun fact about you – we prefer the personal touch way more than the standard cover letter.
Feedback
If your application is a good match, we’ll send you questions to get a better understanding of who you are. These questions will consist of 1-2 position specific questions and 2-3 general questions. We don’t expect you to write an essay, a few sentences would be great.
First interview
This first interview will be with someone from our People & Culture team or an ACCURE leader. We want to get to know each other better – for us to find out how you fit into the team and for you to figure out if we’re a team you’d like to join. We’ll ask you questions, but really, we’d like you to ask us questions that help you to better understand who we are.
Tech talk
We’re both happy with the first impression? Then let’s go ahead with the “tech talk.” In this video call you’ll meet someone from the team. You can go on a deep-dive about day-to-day tasks, what you can expect from ACCURE, and what we’d like to see from you. If you’re interviewing for a tech position, then we’ll explore your knowledge of our tech stack.
Challenge task
So far so good? Then let’s move to our challenge or coding task to work on in your own time. This is not free work (we send out the same task again and again). We do it to give you a feeling for what your work will be like. And it helps us better understand what we can expect from you.
Meet the team
The challenge made you hungry for more and we’re happy with your approach? Perfect, then we’ll move to the final stage where you to meet your future team members – either another video call or an in-person meeting, depending on your preference and location.
Offer
You liked your future team and cannot wait to become part of the bunch? If we feel the same way, then we’ll discuss an individual offer with you. Once we’ve signed the contract, it’s official 🎉

That said, we encourage open communication if your workload feels excessive or not enough – let’s address it together. You can also track your working hours in our HR system if that’s helpful for you.
Our vacation days are based on a five-day workweek. If you work five days a week, you will receive 30 vacation days per year.
