iON+ and ACCURE partner to simplify BESS data access for owners and operators

Aachen, Germany - 26 August 2026 – iON+, a data and asset performance management solution developed by leading independent power producer Conrad Energy, and ACCURE Battery Intelligence, one of the world’s largest battery analytics providers, supporting more than 24 GWh of battery capacity, have announced a partnership to improve and streamline the supply of data from BESS assets.

iON+ will provide data services and support to ACCURE customers, via a comprehensive data bridge which supports extraction and recording of high-frequency data points from the BESS system. This will help unlock new insights for owners.

iON+ can be used to facilitate the transfer of comprehensive data from BESS assets to the ACCURE platform in near real time. The data bridge can also return corrected values such as State of Energy (SoE), which owners can use in dispatch and trading decisions. iON+ data services is just one part of the modular asset performance management and dispatch solutions it offers to BESS and other renewable assets owners.

The partnership will save end-customers valuable time on data integration, with iON+ bringing high-frequency data from across their entire portfolio into ACCURE’s analytics. Correcting SoE using ACCURE’s analysis releases tradable MWh that would otherwise go unsold, and prevents the mis-delivery penalties that follow when available energy is overstated.

The value of correcting SoE is already proven in live operation with ACCURE’s client Gore Street Capital. At their 75MW Dogfish site, a 1-hour BESS active in Texas, operating data projected an annual benefit above $110,000, roughly a 5% uplift against average BESS trading revenues in ERCOT. Corrected values went live at the site in July 2026, delivered with no new hardware.

Capacity that sits offline earns nothing. ACCURE's platform gives owners and operators a continuous, independent view of every asset down to cell level, and its performance engineers work alongside their teams to act on what it finds. Issues such as imbalance are caught and fixed early, before they spread and pull capacity out of the market. That combination keeps capacity available, lowers maintenance costs and extends asset life, so batteries earn the revenue they were built for. Leading insurers, including Aviva and HDI, also recognise ACCURE’s continuous monitoring as part of their underwriting.
