ACCURE launches its largest platform update to-date, built on feedback from operators across more than 24 GWh of installed BESS
AACHEN, 27 May, 2026 — ACCURE Battery Intelligence, the assurance and outperformance layer for grid-scale battery assets, today announces its largest platform update to-date. It advances how operators turn data into commercial and operational decisions, with infrastructure and workflows shaped by the needs of owners and operators managing grid-scale BESS portfolios.
Built around the decision, not the menu
The redesign puts revenue and operational decisions at the front of every view. From login, operators see where the portfolio is earning, where it's at risk, and which contractual obligations need attention. Deeper diagnostics are one click away. The same logic runs through the rest of the platform: the decision first, depth on demand.
The update includes a new alerts and diagnostics engine. Each alert comes with root-cause analysis, suggested next steps prioritised by operational and commercial impact, a severity ranking, and a link to the raw data behind it, across BMS, EMS, PCS and ACCURE-generated signals, down to individual unit level. For site operators and operations and maintenance teams, that means faster fault resolution, clearer supplier accountability, and a record of asset health that holds up when investors, lenders or insurers ask for it.
The same engine connects to ACCURE's warranty intelligence. It loads each asset's individual contractual conditions, including performance thresholds, availability guarantees and LTSA terms, and tracks compliance continuously. Threshold-based tools only know whether a number has been crossed. ACCURE knows whether the site is meeting its warranty obligations, warns operators before a breach, and produces a defensible record if one is disputed. For lenders and insurers, that means warranty compliance can be verified at any point, against the actual contract and the actual data.
From portfolio view to cell, on one path
Navigation has been redesigned around the asset, not the menu. Split-screen views, persistent context, and top-down filtering let operators move between portfolio-level intelligence and cell-level diagnostics in a few clicks. Insight summaries and top-down KPI views give time-pressed users the recommendation up front, with the data behind it on request.
A first-of-its-kind interactive 3D asset map feature for grid-scale BESS gives operators a spatial view of their entire fleet, with the ability to drill directly from a portfolio-level anomaly into the specific container, collapsing a workflow that previously required multiple tool switches into a single continuous path.
The platform also adapts what it surfaces to who is using it. A portfolio manager opens to fleet health and revenue impact. A site operator opens to alerts and remediation steps. A performance engineer opens to the underlying data and analytics.
Sitting on top of these views is a new AI assistant, trained on ACCURE's knowledge base and each operator's live fleet data. It translates the platform's outputs into a current, plain-language reading for each user. The interpretation is always there and always up to date. Shaped by the portfolio of BESS behind it.
ACCURE supports more than 24 GWh of analysed operational BESS capacity, backed by a performance engineering team that works alongside customers on the assets behind every signal. The release was shaped by direct feedback from operators across that installed base, in Australia, Europe, North America and beyond.

“Every day, the asset managers and site operators we work with are making decisions that have real revenue consequences. Whether it’s a dispatch buffer that’s set too wide, a warranty threshold that’s being quietly eroded, or a component showing early signs of failure, the hard part isn’t spotting what’s happening. It’s knowing what’s worth acting on, when and how. This update is about giving our customers a genuine assurance and outperformance layer, a platform that connects every signal to its commercial and operational impact, whether the right action is to fix, optimise, defend or dispatch. That’s what keeps batteries earning the revenue they were built to generate.”
Sebastian Kawollek, Chief Product Officer, ACCURE
“We've spent the last six months transforming the platform around a single question: of everything we can detect, what's actually worth acting on? Operators don't need more data. They need every signal to come with the commercial and operational consequence of acting on it, whether that's a fix, an optimisation, a warranty defence or a dispatch decision, so they can prioritise the work that matters. For operators managing assets in fast-moving dispatch markets, that's the difference between being busy and being effective. The new AI assistant scales our team's judgement to every user, in their own role.”
